There is also a fully private and secure garage with remote controlled roller door and with a direct internal door to the house.

Up the first set of stairs you will find the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and split system air conditioner. The main bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in robe.
The second bedroom has 2 king single beds, which can be converted (with topper provided) to one king size bed and loads of cupboard space.One or both beds can also be removed if you would like even more space for extra office space or hobby room.

On the next level is the living area and very modern kitchen complete with absolutely everything you could need or want including a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooktop and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender etc.. as well as being fully stocked with an abundance of cooking equipment, crockery, glassware and utensils.

The lounge room is also on this level and has a new large smart TV, and leads out to a small balcony perfect for watching the world go by. This area is also equipped with a split system air conditioner.

Another set of stairs will take you to the rooftop deck alfresco area where there is a large outdoor timber table and chairs and large umbrella along with a BBQ for cooking under the stars. This is a great place to go at night to get a view of the city lights.
