At the very northern end of Smith Street and very close to the coveted Edinburgh Gardens, you cannot beat this location.

The townhouse has its own entrance from the street which leads directly into the downstairs study/office room. This room has a fold out sofa bed along with a TV and desk. There is also a fully private and secure garage with remote controlled roller door and with a direct internal door to the house.

Up the first set of stairs you will find the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and split system air conditioner. The main bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in robe.
The second bedroom has 2 king single beds, which can be converted (with topper provided) to one king size bed and loads of cupboard space.One or both beds can also be removed if you would like even more space for extra office space or hobby room.

On the next level is the living area and very modern kitchen complete with absolutely everything you could need or want including a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooktop and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender etc.. as well as being fully stocked with an abundance of cooking equipment, crockery, glassware and utensils.

The lounge room is also on this level and has a new large smart TV, and leads out to a small balcony perfect for watching the world go by. This area is also equipped with a split system air conditioner.

Another set of stairs will take you to the rooftop deck alfresco area where there is a large outdoor timber table and chairs and large umbrella along with a BBQ for cooking under the stars. This is a great place to go at night to get a view of the city lights.

The townhouse also has a full sized washing machine and dryer and exceptional NBN internet speed with mesh WiFi so the entire house is covered. The property also comes stocked with premium linen and towels

Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas (the balcony off the lounge room or the rooftop deck). Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden.

Any pets would need to be approved as part of a lease application.

$945 per week for 6 month leases, and includes almost all utilities (optional unlimited NBN internet for an additional $25 p/week). Electricity usage is paid by the tenant.
